Travelling is a great way to see the world and experience different cultures.

It is also a wonderful way to unwind and spend quality time with your friends or family. When I hear that, I should be happy but I'm not. I've been a hay fever sufferer since as far back as I can remember and I still struggle with coping with it now. However I have found some ways that make this time of year slightly easier, and although they might be well known, there's bound to be at least one that you didn't know or never considered trying.

My Tips For Coping With The Bad Days: Depression

Depression.

It's something that has haunted us all at one point or the other. It's haunted me more times than I'd like to admit. And it's hard. It's so hard to beat. You might be past it, you might have it, or you may be facing it in the future. It's not something you can just 'get over.' It takes time and patience, patience with yourself mostly. It's those days that are the hardest to me. You know what ones I mean. The ones where the day is awful before you've even opened your eyes. We all get them.

It's a constant struggle with all of us, money. A huge part of growing up is learning that money doesn't in fact grow on trees and that we can't keep asking our parents for something we need (read want). My Coconut Oil Mess

Coconut oil has many different uses for us: food, drink, hair, skin, the list is never ending.

You can find many interesting blogs and articles on how you can use coconut oil and I have read most of them. I'm always looking for weird routines to add into my beauty routine so I finally caved and bought myself a little jar of coconut oil.

Walking A Dog When You Don't Own One

Always wanted a dog but the parents always said no?

Well we almost got a puppy,by the owners decided suddenly that they would keep it after all and we got a kitten instead but a part of me wasn't satisfied. So when our next door neighbours moved in with a newborn and a dog, I plucked up the courage to ask if I could walk her, and it turned into a weekly experience.

Tidying Hacks and Tips To Make Your Life Easier

Everyone hates tidying.

I know I do. It's not fun, it's time-consuming and it's a chore.

I usually procrastinate with cleaning and say to myself  'I'll do it later' but then I start to dread later. It doesn't have a specific time, but it looms over you like a dark cloud until it's done. Somewhere along

Breaking The Block: Writing Hacks and Tips

Writing can be really hard.

I used to try and write stories on Wattpad - an online writing community- but I always lacked the motivation to finish. I always had great idea's in the start, but I never envisioned the end. I then moved on to writing my own poetry, and eventually that fizzled out too. I now edit other people's works and write blogs, but I've always had one burning question about writing.
